Job Description
About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Beauty Expert to join our team and help spread the joy of natural beauty to our customers in a Casual capacity at our Birkenhead Point Store.
Our Beauty Expert is primarily responsible for achieving and driving sales across our retail and spa channel, whilst providing a positive and memorable experience to our customers.
To be successful in this role you will:
Have the ability to impress our customers with a unique "Jurlique" experience
Confidently communicate to the customer the right ritual for their unique skincare needs
Have a proven retail background, skincare experience is an advantage
Be able to learn and maintain a high level of product knowledge on our Hero Products and Best Sellers
Driven in acheiving sales targets by providing exceptional education to our customers
Possess outstanding initiative, drive and the ability to work within a team
Full availability as this is a casual role
