Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Store Manager to lead the daily operations in a Full-Time capacity at our Pacific Fair Concept store.

This role will require availability from Tuesday- Saturday 38 hours per week with flexibility to change. 

You will conquer the role by taking on the leadership responsibilities of an experienced team of Beauty Experts & Beauty Therapists and as the Retail Store Manager you will be an inspiring leader, focused on developing and coaching your team to succeed.  You will have the ability to build a loyal customer base through the creation of in-store strategies and initiatives; whilst maintaining a memorable experience for all customers. 

As a Retail Store Manager, you will have:

  • Previous experience as a Store Manager and successfully leading a high performing team;
  • A strategic thinker with strong financial & business acumen with demonstrated experience in achieving financial targets and goals;
  • A strong ability to drive a team to maintain store KPI's and re-booking of therapy clients;
  • An operational mindset and experience in stock control, visual merchandising and overseeing daily in-store operations.
  • A strong understanding of team rostering and wage analysis.
  • Be excited by coaching and developing your team to achieve sales and education goals.
  • Have a customer first mindset to keep the Jurlique values and culture aligned. 

Desired Skills and Experience

Our ideal candidate will have a Certificate IV in Retail Management or more importantly industry experience within Retail, Beauty Therapy or Cosmetics.
