Job Description

About the role:

The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for implementing and customising global visual merchandising guidelines to suit the local markets. The role is crucial for enhancing the in-store brand experience by ensuring clear product navigation and a seamless customer experience. The role is hybrid based in our Sydney Office 3 days per week 2 days from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adapt and implement the global creative visual merchandising elements.
  • Execute appealing and eye-catching visual displays (window, signs, interior & floor plans) that lead the customer through the entire store and for promotional events
  • Provide ticketing for all spa artwork (Menu, Offers etc.), promotional artwork, campaign price ticketing
  • Create, print and deliver grid wall panel, category header, step display
  • Print and distribute all A3/A5/A4 tickets or strutted cards
  • Work with marketing to deliver all ticketing for department stores through their portals and providing this to National Pharmacy where relevant
  • Work with marketing in creating dynamic Hot Spots in department stores including floor decal, towers and any other elements
  • Drive consistency of visual presentation by coaching and training store teams/District Managers during periodic store visits across ANZ sales channels.
  • Monitor competitors and conduct regular analysis of lifestyle, demographics and design trends

About you:

Knowledge & Skills

  • 3-5-years’ experience in Visual Merchandising role or similar
  • Awareness of latest luxury retail and cosmetics trends.
  • Skills & Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to work innovatively and collaboratively.
  • Strong organisation, ability to work independently and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proven time management skills and the ability to multi-task and deliver projects on time.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, adaptable, and resourceful, possess initiative.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Sound knowledge in Adobe Creative Suites (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) & Microsoft Suite (Office Word Doc, Excel & PowerPoint).
