About the Role:
Our Management Systems Officer is responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of Jurlique’s Integrated Management System (IMS) across Quality, Safety and Environmental functions. This role ensures the IMS is clear, concise, and actionable and aligns with international standards, regulatory requirements, and organisational objectives. This role provides leadership, support, and expertise to embed a strong culture of Quality, Safety and Environmental responsibility from frontline to leadership. The right candidate combines deep technical and compliance knowledge with an inquisitive mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
Desired Skills and Experience
Your skills and experience:
Management of Bills of Materials, specifications and key quality systems including audits, reviews and continuous improvement
Leading Continuous Improvement Activities
Partnering with specialists to optimise processes, quality plans, sanitation programs, and competency assessments
Ensuring systems are risk-based, simple, and enable innovation, productivity and "right first time" quality
Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining an Integrated Management System (IMS) – Quality, Safety and Environment
Collaborative, accountable and safety-focused approach
Communicate openly, own your outcomes and celebrate contributions
Be curious, proactive and committed to learning and improving
Knowledge of Total Quality Management disciplines and techniques
Excellent problem-solving, data analysis and communication skills
5+ years’ experience in Quality, Safety or Environmental role within cosmetics, pharma or FMCG
ISO 9001 / 22716 / HACCP training; Science or Engineering degree desirable
