Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a Global Brand Activation Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering Jurlique’s brand vision on the world stage. Reporting to the Head of Global Marketing Operations, this role will oversee the planning, management, and execution of global brand activations, ensuring they are strategically aligned, locally relevant, and globally consistent.
As the driver of Jurlique’s brand activations, you will partner with our global brand marketing team, regional and country marketing teams, and agency partners to design and deliver impactful activations that inspire consumers and strengthen brand equity. This role also leads and mentors a Global Activation Specialist, ensuring social and activation strategies are seamlessly integrated.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Campaign Development
Translate brand vision and marketing strategy into compelling global activations that build awareness, consumer interest, and sales.
Contribute to the annual global marketing plan, aligning with product strategy, social media, and broader brand objectives.
Monitor consumer insights, competitor activity, and industry trends to inform strategic planning.
Brand Activation Execution
Plan, develop, and manage global brand activations from ideation to execution.
Design 360° marketing programs spanning product launches, content, communications, social media, promotions, education, sustainability, and visual merchandising.
Create toolkits and playbooks that are practical, engaging, and adaptable across diverse international markets.
Manage creative briefing, agency partnerships, and stakeholder alignment to deliver world-class activations on time and within budget.
Track performance of activations, providing recommendations for optimisation and future improvements.
Market Collaboration & Enablement
Build strong, collaborative partnerships with country marketing teams to ensure activations land effectively at the local level.
Support local teams in integrating activations into their marketing calendars, balancing global objectives with local consumer needs.
Lead regular workshops and feedback sessions with markets to share insights, address challenges, and ensure continuous improvement.
Manage the annual Global Marketing Convention, including activation showcases, planning sessions, and event logistics.
Brand Representation & Leadership
Act as a global brand ambassador, ensuring Jurlique’s positioning, values, and identity are consistently communicated.
Present activation plans to senior leaders, cross-functional stakeholders, and international teams.
Lead, mentor, and develop the Global Activation Specialist, ensuring social storytelling and activation strategies are aligned.
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
We’re looking for a commercially savvy, people-focused leader with a passion for skincare and retail. You will bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
3–5 years’ experience in brand activation, brand management, or consumer marketing, ideally in global roles.
Demonstrated success in planning and executing large-scale activations across multiple markets.
Strong project management, organisational, and budgeting skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Creative and strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen.
Experience collaborating with agencies and cross-functional global teams.
Knowledge of digital ecosystems and evolving consumer behaviours.
A genuine passion for skincare, wellness, and sustainable beauty.
