About the Role
Are you a highly organised and creative marketing professional with a passion for brand storytelling and consumer engagement? We’re looking for a Consumer Brand Specialist to join our Marketing team in a dynamic hybrid role.
In this role, you’ll support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and brand activations across multiple channels. Working closely with the Head of Consumer Marketing and cross-functional teams, you’ll help bring our global brand strategy to life by supporting the development, planning and management of global brand activations. Delivering impactful consumer experiences, supporting product launches, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
You’ll play a key role in coordinating campaigns from concept to execution, contributing to brand growth and engagement in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Activation Support
Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, PR/Comms, CRM, and eCommerce channels
Assist in the rollout and localisation of Global Brand Activation and VM playbooks for ANZ
Coordinate campaign timelines, assets, and deliverables to ensure seamless execution
Partner with the Senior Retail Designer to deliver impactful visual merchandising (window displays, POSM, in-store activations)
Lead campaign WIPs to ensure cross-functional alignment and timely delivery
Contribute to the planning and delivery of key activations, including NPD launches and annual marketing conventions
Gather and interpret market and competitor insights to inform campaign planning
Coordinate the planning, execution and post-campaign review of secondary brand activations, from ideation through to in-market delivery
Content & Brand Support
Assist in briefing and coordinating creative development with the Content team
Ensure brand consistency across all consumer-facing channels and materials
Support content planning across social, CRM, eCommerce, and paid media
Influencer & Advocacy
Manage the day to day of the brand ambassador programs including briefing, logistics, and campaign integration
Assist in managing agency and external partner relationships
Track ambassador activity and support performance reporting
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with Sales, Education, and Trade Marketing teams to align campaign execution
Assist in developing sales tools and marketing materials to support product launches
Work with Trade Marketing Manager to develop ANZ campaign activation decks
Coordinate with agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to deliver on campaign requirements
Be a strong partner to the country marketing teams & have strong knowledge of market nuances, to ensure buy-in and successful activation at the local level.
Support markets in building their local marketing calendars, considering product launches and promotional timelines.
Support the organisation of quarterly workshops with markets to gather feedback, address challenges, and adapt activations where needed.
Keep markets informed of changes to global brand activation plans in a timely manner
Insights & Reporting
Support tracking and reporting of campaign performance and key metrics
Contribute to post-campaign analysis and learnings
Assist in gathering market insights to inform strategy
Project & Operational Support
Maintain campaign trackers, marketing calendars, and timelines
Support budget tracking and campaign-related administration
Assist with key marketing initiatives and projects as required
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will bring:
2–4 years’ experience in marketing, ideally within beauty, FMCG, or consumer brands
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns and product launches
Strong understanding of consumer marketing and digital channels
Exposure to influencer marketing and brand partnerships (highly desirable)
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong attention to detail and stakeholder coordination skills
Ability to interpret campaign performance data and contribute to insights
Strong communication and collaboration skills
A proactive, adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
